Merissa Spaulding

Merissa is a third-year law student at the Northeastern University School of Law and is slated to obtain her JD in May. She is interested in corporate/transactional law and intellectual property law, and is highly engaged in her law school community. She recently completed her term as the 57th Combined Northern New England Sub-Regional Director for the Northeast Black Students Association. During the 2023–2024 academic year, Merissa served as a co-chair of the Black Law Students Association Kemet Chapter, and Northeastern’s Christian Fellowship. She is currently a Senior Editor for Northeastern’s Law Review and serves on its DEI Committee.
