Demi Bernard

Bouvé’26, MS Speech Language Pathology

Demi is a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology student with a strong interest in serving adult populations in the areas of post-injury rehabilitation, dysphagia, and cognitive degenerative disorders. Her experience at Northeastern has been highlighted by volunteering at Brain Talk Day 2025, conducting hearing screenings with Cabarrus County, and working with clients at the Northeastern Speech-Language Center. Demi is a member of her campus chapter of NSSLHA. In her free time, she enjoys puzzling, attending concerts, and exploring the Charlotte food scene.

Anusha Mukunda Devanga

Khoury’25, MS Computer Science

Anusha Devanga earned her master’s degree in computer science and specializes in immersive technologies for educational impact. Her work includes developing a mixed‑reality sandbox and collaborating with Northeastern University’s outreach program to bring immersive STEM experiences to K–12 classrooms across Maine. She further expanded her expertise during a co‑op with the Blue Latitudes Foundation, building VR tools to visualize ocean life around oil rigs. Beyond her technical pursuits, Anusha is a two‑time published poet, former leader of her university’s music club, and an avid creator who enjoys crocheting, reading, and painting.

Chris Martin

CPS’26, MS Project Management

Chris Martin is a graduate student in the Master of Science in Project Management program at Northeastern University, Miami Campus. With a background in entrepreneurship and business operations, he brings real-world experience into the classroom, where he focuses on learning how to organize complexity, lead teams, and turn ideas into results. His studies have been shaped by hands-on projects, collaborative coursework, and active participation in the Northeastern community. Throughout his time in Miami, Chris has been deeply involved in professional networking and academic events, building meaningful connections across disciplines. Outside of academics, he values fitness, photography, continuous learning, and personal growth as essential parts of long-term professional success.

Junfeng (Ian) Ouyang

E’25, MS Information Systems

Junfeng (Ian) Ouyang is pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems at Northeastern University’s Seattle campus. His passion for building technologies that reduce inequity stems from designing Jamaica’s Paul Bogle Highway, which transformed mobility for hundreds of thousands of residents.

At Northeastern, Ian has served as an Administrative & Event Assistant for nearly two years, organizing over 20 campus events. During his Co-op at Amazon Last Mile, he developed a troubleshooting tool that significantly improved operational efficiency and delivery reliability. Ian volunteers as a career mentor, providing job search guidance and supporting international students. Outside academics, he enjoys outdoor running and hiking in the Pacific Northwest.

Kalhar Kinjal Pandya

Khoury’26, MS Computer Science

Kalhar is a Graduate Student at Northeastern University Vancouver pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning, expected to graduate August 2026. Building on a strong foundation in Full-Stack Engineering, his work centers on the design of Agentic Workflows and hierarchical multi-agent systems — advancing AI toward greater autonomy, reliability, and real-world impact. He collaborates with Professor Maryam on LLM-based Root Cause Analysis for distributed systems, tackling one of modern infrastructure’s most pressing challenges. He further contributes to his academic community as a Teaching Assistant for Generative AI (CS 6180) and as a Facilitator for the Vancouver AI Meetup, where he champions the translation of cutting-edge research into meaningful applications.

Aisha Abdur Rahim

Khoury’26, MS Computer Science

Aisha is pursuing her MSCS at Northeastern University, Silicon Valley. Currently, she serves as Research Assistant under Dr. Akram Bayat, Student Services Student Ambassador, Founder and President of Huskies Beyond Borders, Leader of NU Algorithmic Interactive Gaming, Leader of Innovation Consulting Group and Leetcode Mentor for HuskyCode Club. Her research interests span full-stack development, artificial intelligence, and human-computer interaction, focused on creating technology that deeply understands human needs and meaningfully impacts learning, health, and psychological well-being. These interests emerged from her experiences as Teaching Assistant for Algorithms and through leading campus initiatives, where each role revealed her passion for building connections and creating impactful tools. Outside academics, she is an avid reader who enjoys learning new languages.

Sandra Ama Kesewaa Williams

CPS’26, MPS Analytics

Sandra is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Analytics at Northeastern University, Toronto, with a strong interest in applying finance and technology to support inclusive, ethical, and sustainable decision-making while advancing community empowerment and social impact. Her leadership and service include serving as Vice President of the Black Student Association, Treasurer of EcoChampions Alliance, a peer mentor, and a participant in the Graduate Leadership Institute.

She was also selected as a member of the inaugural pilot cohort of the CPS Huskies for Life Mentorship Program and has represented Northeastern University at the Toronto Machine Learning Summit. Sandra is actively engaged in community initiatives, including volunteering with WoodGreen Community Services to support digital literacy and fraud awareness, sustainability efforts with the St. Lawrence Neighbourhood Waste Reduction Group, and serving as a Global Activist with ONE Canada. In her free time, Sandra enjoys cooking and reading.

Jamin Yang

E’25, MS Information Systems

Jamin is earning a Master of Science in Information Systems, focusing on leveraging technology to address societal challenges. He is committed to developing solutions that advance social good, human dignity, and cross-cultural understanding. During his co-op at the Institute for Global Engagement in Washington D.C., he contributed to projects promoting freedom of belief and community development, applying problem-solving skills honed at Northeastern. As a Service-Learning Teaching Assistant, he supported students in developing policy recommendations for Dress for Success DC and Bread for the City. As an NU Votes Ambassador, he connected civic participation efforts to academic programming. Outside the classroom, he enjoys tennis, running, and participating in Northeasternburg, a student fellowship at the Arlington Campus.
