As Assistant Dean of Multicultural Affairs and Title VI Coordinator, Jonathan has initiated key projects like the Clark House Intercultural Center and the CHANGE Multicultural Council, significantly advancing inclusivity for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ students. Through roles such as co-chairing the University Diversity Council and enhancing DEIAJ training, he has made substantial contributions to fostering an environment where all students feel valued and supported.
